It’s easy to add these MyPilotStore backgrounds to your next video call. Simply click “Free download: Get this Zoom aviation background (open and save)” below the background you want and it will open the full-size image in a new tab. Then right-click the image and save it to your computer. Follow the instructions below to add the image to Zoom or your favorite video conferencing app.
How to use Aviation Virtual Backgrounds on desktop
On a Mac or Windows computer just open up your Zoom client, click on the “Account” icon in the corner, and select “Settings” and then “Virtual Background” in the menu. Zoom provides a few virtual backgrounds by default. To add the new aviation backgrounds, click on the plus sign above and to the right of the sample backgrounds, then choose the image you download below. You can also add a virtual background during a meeting. In your Zoom client, click on the up arrow next to the video symbol, select “Choose a virtual background…”, and you will see the same Virtual Background page.
How to use Aviation Virtual Backgrounds on the mobile app
You can also use Zoom virtual backgrounds on the Android or iOS app too. Login to your account and join a meeting via your phone. Then click the three dots at the bottom of the screen and click the “more” menu. Then click “virtual background” and choose the background below that you want to use.

More correction on the “Beechcraft Staggerwing” photo. The aircraft are not Staggerwings and are not Stinsons. That is a row of Howard DGAs. Mine is the first aircraft on the left. DGA is typically translated as “Damn Good Airplane”.

With all due respect…the photo of the vintage planes is from OshKosh…and are not Stinson Reliants but are Howard DGA 15P’s. The DGA stands for Damn Good Airplane and as the owner of one pictured, I totally agree!
Can you use backgrounds on iPad with Zoom?
Yes! Download the photos to your iPad. Next, open the app and sign in to join a meeting. Tap the three dots at the bottom right to open the “more” menu. There you can tap on Virtual Background and select one of the photos you downloaded.
Thanks for the background images, just a note for the history book… The file you marked “Beechcraft Staggerwings” are actually Stenson Reliant Aircraft. The Beechcraft Stagger Wing is a biplane and I have an image if you need one.
Perhaps you need a picture that makes it look like you are flying the plane. Sort of a shot from the windscreen, toward the pilot, so that in a zoom conference, it looks like you are sitting in the captian’s chair.
