Please note that even though an item may show "Shipped", the tracking number may not be available for up to 24 hours. Generally, all of the tracking numbers are updated and available in the system each day after 6:00 P.M. MST.

Once you place an order on our website, a quick and efficient process kicks off in our warehouse to ensure your items are packed and shipped to you as promptly as possible. Here's what happens and why we can't cancel or modify orders after they've reached a certain stage:
Order Processing: As soon as you confirm your order, it is sent to our warehouse and fulfillment team. They begin the process of picking and packing your items. This happens quickly – often within a minutes or hours of placing the order. Our process is setup to get your order on the way to you as quickly as possible!
Complex Logistics: Our warehouse handles hundreds or even thousands of orders daily. Each order is routed through a sophisticated logistics system that organizes and tracks packages through various stages until they are dispatched. This system is designed for efficiency and speed, making it challenging to intercept or modify an order once it's in process.
Shipping & Handling: When your order is packed and ready, it's handed off to our shipping partners. At this point, it's physically out of our hands and en route to you. Stopping or redirecting a package at this stage is not feasible due to the complexities of shipping logistics.
What You Can Do: We understand that plans change, and you may need to return an item after receiving it. In such cases, we offer a straightforward return process. Once you receive your order, please follow our return policy guidelines to send the items back for a refund or exchange.

Whenever you’re browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, from the product’s detail page click the ‘Add To Shopping Cart’ button. Every time you add something to your cart, you will be taken to a page with an itemized list of what’s in your shopping cart. By adding an item to the shopping cart you are never under any obligation to purchase the item.
To remove an item from your cart, simply click the remove link next to the product and it will be “put back on the shelf”.

If you decline the shipping charges nothing will be charged to your credit card and the order will be cancelled. Shipments outside of the United States incur significant time and costs to complete customs and export documentation, properly insure and trace, and ship. Because of these factors, we are only able to process International orders with a value of USD $50.00 or more.

Calculating Shipping
Charges:
To see the exact shipping charges for your order, just add the item or items you
are interested in to your shopping cart. Once you have added items to your
shopping cart you will see the total shipping charges within the
Continental USA
for those items. You will be shown shipping prices for Standard Shipping (3-7
business days in transit), 2nd Day Air (2 business days in transit), and Next
Day Air (1 business day in transit).

These items will ship standard ground shipping within the Continental USA.
Extra charges may apply to shipments to AK, HI, APO, PR and US Territories, and
shipments outside of the US.
We ship products Monday through Friday, except holidays, via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and US Postal Service depending on the items and your location. Orders placed before noon MST are generally shipped the same business day. If an item is out-of-stock and will not be available for shipment within three days of placing the order, you will be notified via email.
Once an item is added to the shopping cart, delivery options and prices will be shown. During the checkout steps you will be given the option of selecting your delivery service (i.e. standard, two day, or next day). All transit times indicate business days (Monday through Friday). For example, if your order ships on Friday via Next Day Air, you will receive it on Monday.
For an additional charge, you can choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. IMPORTANT: Ship time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through Friday), so if you order during the weekend, your item(s) will not ship from our warehouse until Monday. If it ships on Thursday via Second Day Air, you will receive it Monday. And, if it ships via Next Day Air on Friday you will receive in on Monday.

When new chart editions are released, we pay extra to have all of our charts sent directly from the Government Printer to our warehouse via FedEx Priority Overnight Service. We hire extra employees to help with the additional work-load when new charts are released. Our goal is to have all charts enroute to you seven calendar days before the old charts expire.
Add Charts
If you need to add additional charts to your existing subscription, simply
place a new order
online or by calling us at 1-480-556-0500. They will
automatically be combined with any subscriptions that you already have in place
and ship out in one package.
Cancel Charts
To cancel any charts that you have on subscription, just visit the "My
Account" area, login using your email address and then click on "Cancel
Subscriptions" on the left side menu. All cancellations must be done 10
business days before the expiration date of the chart you are canceling.
If you cancel a chart that is less than 10 days from the expiration date, they
will be cancelled effective the following publication.
