really nice and good features
by Alessandro from Aventura FL USA

Pros: volume controls,
Cons: too big
Review: Love it. I think that for the price is a very high end product. I can say I tested it. Have put over 15 hours on them and work amazingly good. Love it. Also the look and they are very nice.  Volume control very useful, handy and easy to use.

Overall solid
by Dan from USA

Pros: very comfortable, good sound dampening
Cons: length of mike stem (like everyone else)
Review: Overall, works well. The ipod jack definitely helps pass the time in the cockpit.  There isn't much of a delay in picking up my voice.  The biggest issue is the length of the mic stem.  It's about 1/2 inch shorter than ideal and can end up in an awkward position against to the side of my mouth

Just as quiet as the active headphones at half the price.
by Edwin from Boise ID USA

Pros: Adjustable ear cup pressure and position is perfect
Cons: The mike stem is just slightly to short for best positioning.
Review: As a student pilot I was not comfortable wearing the non-sanitized class provided headphones and after using the cheaper Clarks the S1 provided better sound quality, adjustable volume and the ability to hook into my IPhone for both music and phone calls. I expect to get about 10 years of steady usage out of these headphones for both flying and computer use and $40 a year seemed very reasonable

Love this headset
by Michael from Clearwater FL USA

Pros: Very comfortable, especially with glasses. Love the adjustable head clamping settings.
Cons: Does not have bluetooth technologly. But a connected music player works great.
Review: The speakers are very concise and I have no problem understanding speach, they are very clear. Not like my other(2) sets.  I use a TrueTone electro-larynx (no vocal cords) and the mic picks up on it's sound and doesn't cancel it out (thinking it is engine noise) like the other headsets do.

Great starter headset that will last
by C172 bandit from

Pros: Aesthetics, quality, loud and clear functionality
Review: Great quality, looks great and functions well. I've used budget rental headsets, Mid-range david Clarks, and this set I just bought. David Clarks are definitely nice and comfortable but these for the same price beats DCs. I think these look better and are extremely comfortable. Noise canceling is superb and comm is loud and clear. Volume control is a nice touch as well. I'm just starting out but I wanted to buy a set that will last me for a long time since I don't plan on buying 1000 dollar active sets.

Good Headset
by A Customer from Lafayette LA USA

Review: Good clarity, comfortable on the ears, only thing I would change is more padding on the head portion. It starts to be uncomfortable in one location on my head after a while.
