If you have already placed an order and want to check the status, just login to Your Account here.  If you placed the order by phone and gave your email address for a confirmation, a random password was automatically generated for you.  Just click "I forgot my password" to have it emailed to you within seconds.

Once you have logged into Your Account you will see the order dates of any orders you have placed.  Clicking on any of these orders will show you all the details as well as any tracking numbers if available.  Please note that even though an item may show "Shipped", the tracking number may not be available for up to 24 hours.   Generally, all of the tracking numbers are updated and available in the system each day after 6:00 P.M. MST.

If you need to make changes to your phone number, email address, address, or credit cards, you can do it all my logging into Your Account here.  If you don't know or can't remember your password just click "I forgot my password" to have it emailed to you within seconds.

NOTE:  If you need to change the shipping information for an order already placed, but not yet shipped, please call us toll-free at 1-877-314-7575 to ensure that the change occurs before the package has left our warehouse.  

Returns/Exchanges

Our complete Return Policy can be found by visiting here.  In general, most of the items you buy from us can be returned within thirty days for a full refund.  Exceptions to this policy are detailed on the Return Policy Page.

If you need to return an item to us, just fill out the Merchandise Return Form found here.  Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and complete instructions to expedite your credit.

Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise Received?
If you received a shipment with incorrect or damaged merchandise, please contact us by telephone at 1-877-314-7575 (480-556-0500) and we will make sure it is taken care of for you immediately.

Ordering

You can order online by following these instructions:

Whenever you’re browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart at your disposal to hold your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, from the product’s detail page click the ‘Add To Shopping Cart’ button. Every time you add something to your cart, you will be taken to a page with an itemized list of what’s in your shopping cart.  By adding an item to the shopping cart you are never under any obligation to purchase the item.

To remove an item from your cart, simply click the remove link next to the product and it will be “put back on the shelf”.

Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains unless you remove it by clicking on the remove link, even if you hit the ‘back’ button on your web browser.

If at anytime you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon in the upper right corner of every page.

If you are done shopping and want to purchase your stuff, from the shopping cart page click the "Checkout" button on the right hand side of the page. If you are NOT on the shopping cart page, and are just browsing the store, you can proceed right to checkout by clicking the "Checkout Now" link in the blue bar on top of each page.  Once in the Checkout you will be asked for your billing and shipping address, you will be able to select the shipping method you prefer and enter your payment information.

MyPilotStore accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express online. 

If you wish to provide payment via Check or Money Order, please place your order by calling toll-free 877-314-7575.  Please note that orders paid via Check or Money Orders may be delayed 7-14 days until the funds are verified.  We are unable to accept checks, money orders, or cashier checks issued from banks outside of the United States.

US Corporations, Government Agencies, and Universities that will be ordering on a regular basis may apply for credit terms by calling 877-314-7575 and speaking to a sales representative.

State laws require an Arizona-based business (such as MyPilotStore.com) to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona addresses or picked up from our offices. In our case, the amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for the City of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Any order for Jeppesen (not FAA/NOS) charts subscriptions or trip kits will be shipped to you directly from Jeppesen and are therefore taxable in the following states: CO, CA, OR, GA, NY, DC.

We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states
 

Once an order has been placed you will need to contact us either by  toll-free phone at1-877-314-7575 or by emailing service@MyPilotStore.com to make any changes.  For any order modifications or cancellations we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone to make sure it is handled immediately.  While we process incoming email all day, a customer service representative may not get to your correction until the order has already left our warehouse.

MyPilotStore uses both UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) Global Express Service for shipments outside of the United States.  The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package.  Once you have placed an order online, you will receive an email within one business day with the shipping charges for your order.  At this time you may accept or decline the shipping charges.  If you decline the shipping charges nothing will be charged to your credit card and the order will be cancelled.  If you would like to estimate the shipping charges before placing your order, you can visit the USPS rate calculator here.

Shipments outside of the United States incur significant time and costs to complete customs and export documentation, properly insure and trace, and ship.  Because of these factors, we are only able to process International orders with a value of USD $50.00 or more.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by MyPilotStore.com does NOT include any of these fees. You will normally be charged customs fees by the company that delivers the package if they apply.

Please be aware that customers are liable for return shipping costs on packages that are sent back to us due to tariffs and customs fees.

If you happen to be near Scottsdale Arizona, you are more than welcome to place an order online or over the phone and then do a will-call pickup at our warehouse.  However, we do not have a retail showroom to browse.  If you would like to pick up your order you can place the order online or by calling us at 480-556-0500 and we'll have it ready and waiting at the front desk. If you are placing the order online, make note in the "Special Instructions" space that the order is for pick-up. Any shipping charges that may be displayed will be reversed before your order is processed. 

If you're here in Scottsdale Arizona just give us a call at 480-556-0500 and provide us with your order number.  We will verify stock, assemble your order and have it waiting for you at the front desk.  Any shipping charges that may be displayed will be reversed before your order is processed.

Thank you for your interest in MyPilotStore Group / Volume Sales. We have been in business for over 10 years selling high quality, name brand, pilot supplies. We specialize in Government, Corporate, and Group volume orders. Our staff of experts can help you fill your pilot supply needs whether they are basic or very specific.

What Group Sales can provide to you;

  • Group Sales specializes in non-standard orders such as large quantity, custom embroidery, special order, and volume priced.
  • We work with government agencies, corporate accounts, clubs, associations, military units, promotional agencies, and media production companies.

Volume / Group Sales Guidelines:

  • We accept Credit Cards, Certified Checks, Corporate Checks & Money Orders.
  • Minimum order amount $500.00 USD
  • Orders under $1,000.00 USD must be prepaid
  • Volume pricing is different on different products, but generally starts at a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) units of a specific item.
  • We do not bill to APO/FPO boxes, please forward prepayment to us in $U.S. Dollars at the address listed above.
  • U.S. companies may submit a credit application requesting NET 30 Terms or COD Company Check approval.
  • Federal and Municipal Agencies, Educational Institutions, Fortune 500 and other approved accounts may use Purchase Orders. We require a hard copy of the PO by fax or by mail.
  • All open account terms are NET 30 Days after date of invoice and F.O.B. Origin/Prepay and add.
  • All credit cards and purchase orders are subject to verification.
  • We generally ship within 48 hours (ARO) after receipt of order of in-stock items. We may require signature upon delivery. International shipments are available and are shipped with major carriers or via freight forwarder of your choice.

MyPilotStore offers FREE SHIPPING for standard first class mailing of all folded aviation charts within the US.

Calculating Shipping Charges:
To see the exact shipping charges for your order, just add the item or items you are interested in to your shopping cart.  Once you have added items to your shopping cart you will see the total shipping charges within the
Continental USA for those items.  You will be shown shipping prices for Standard Shipping (3-7 business days in transit), 2nd Day Air (2 business days in transit), and Next Day Air (1 business day in transit).

These items will ship standard ground shipping within the Continental USA.  Extra charges may apply to shipments to AK, HI, APO, PR and US Territories, and shipments outside of the US.

 

We ship products Monday through Friday, except holidays, via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and US Postal Service depending on the items and your location. Orders placed before noon MST are generally shipped the same business day. If an item is out-of-stock and will not be available for shipment within three days of placing the order, you will be notified via email.  

Once an item is added to the shopping cart, delivery options and prices will be shown.  During the checkout steps you will be given the option of selecting your delivery service (i.e. standard, two day, or next day).  All transit times indicate business days (Monday through Friday). For example, if your order ships on Friday via Next Day Air, you will receive it on Monday.

For an additional charge, you can choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. IMPORTANT: Ship time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through Friday), so if you order during the weekend, your item(s) will not ship from our warehouse until Monday.  If it ships on Thursday via Second Day Air, you will receive it Monday.  And, if it ships via Next Day Air on Friday you will receive in on Monday.

Please note that here in Arizona we do not observe daylight savings time - we are always Mountain Standard Time (never Mountain Daylight Time).  In the winter we are two hours behind the east coast and in the summer we are three hours behind the east coast and the same time as the west coast. 

FAA / NACO Chart Subscriptions

 
When new chart editions are released, we pay extra to have all of our charts sent directly from the Government Printer to our warehouse via FedEx Priority Overnight Service. We hire extra employees to help with the additional work-load when new charts are released. Our goal is to have all charts enroute to you seven calendar days before the old charts expire.
You don't have to worry about showing up to the plane and finding yourself with an out-of-date chart. We make sure it's delivered to your door when you need it.
We offer discounted prices on all of the charts we sell. And, we offer free shipping on any folded chart such as a Sectional or World Aeronautical Chart. Discounted prices, free shipping, and no sales tax (except in Arizona).
You can choose a one-time edition or subscription of any chart. Pick either the current chart or the next available chart.
We keep your billing information securely on file and charge you only as charts are sent. There is no reason to pre-pay for a year or two in advance.
If you selected a subscription, you will automatically receive the charts as they become available -- about every six months for Sectionals, and every 56 days for IFR charts.
Cancel or modify your subscription at any time. There are no long term-commitments and no future obligations.

Add Charts
If you need to add additional charts to your existing subscription, simply place a new order online or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-314-7575.  They will automatically be combined with any subscriptions that you already have in place and ship out in one package.

Cancel Charts
To cancel any charts that you have on subscription, just visit the "My Account" area, login using your email address and then click on "Cancel Subscriptions" on the left side menu.  All cancellations must be done 10 business days before the expiration date of the chart you are canceling.  If you cancel a chart that is less than 10 days from the expiration date, they will be cancelled effective the following publication.
