Service is no where near as good a David Clarke. The ear seals wear very quickly, also the volume rocker for the left ear broke off. Lightspeed said they will not replace any of these parts.
Previous headset, David Clarke ANR, sent in once for repair, they fixed the problem and they put new earseals on, a new headband, new microphone muffle and polished the cups, for FREE!!!
