A: The old discontinued Sony Air Band AIR-8 had more frequency ranges including 150-529 kHz, AM band from 530-1600 kHz, shortwave from 160-2194 kHz, FM from 76-108 MHz, VHF Public Service from 144-174 MHz and VHF airband from 108-136 MHz.
