Q: Do both output plugs have the same signals as the input? Mic, Speaker, and ground? Can I use this on the mic plug for a 2 plug headset to effectively split the mic output? I'm trying to find a way to split the mic output from a 2 plug headset so I can just record the pilot's voice without ATC.
A: This is not the correct adapter. It sounds like you are looking for either the Dual Microphone Y Adapter or the Smartphone Digital Audio Adapter for Airplanes.
Q: I have a d/c Model H10-36 will this adapter work in 2 plug airplane?
A: No, it will not. The David Clark H10-36 is a civilian helicopter headset you will need a helicopter to fixed wing adapter.
Q: I have a pro flight series 2 will it fit to convert it to two plug for airplane
A: No, it will not. What type of plug do you have on your ProFlight 2? If you have the 5-pin XLR for Airbus then you can convert to dual plugs with the Airbus to Fixed Wing Adapter. If you have the 6-pin LEMO the you would need the Bose Panel Power to Fixed Wing Adapter.
Q: I have a A20 Bose headset with a single pin plug for a Helicopter, will this work to convert it to two plug for airplane?
A: No, it will not. If you are sure that you have a helicopter headset, you would need the helicopter to fixed wing adapter. However, if you have a military Bose A20 (did you get it off eBay described as a helicopter? It''s probably a military) then you would need the low to high impedance adapter.
Q: I have a bose A20 military headset will this adapter work to fly GA in
A: No, this will not work. You would need to get the Low to High Impedance Adapter to convert from a single military plug to double civilian plugs.
Q: I have a Bose A10 with one plug. Can use this adapter for my GA airplane with 2 plugs?
A: No. To convert the Bose X from Panel Power (LEMO) to dual plugs you would need the Panel Powered Headset to Portable Fixed Wing Adapter.
Q: hello sirs, I have a David Clarks H10-13 H headset and I wanted to use it when I fly on GA Cessna 150/172 or similar. Would this work? what's the most convenient but useful solution? thanks in advance.
A: No, to convert the David Clark H10-13H helicopter headsets you would want to get the Helicopter to Fixed Wing Adapter instead.
