The RAM Tab-Tite is compatible with

• iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad3, or iPad 4 with or without a thin case, skin, or sleeve.  It will not work with heavy duty, thicker, cases such as the Otterbox (use Cradle for iPads with Heavy Duty Cases instead)
• HP TouchPad with or without a thin case, skin, or sleeve.
