Q: Can the mic be tightened where it attaches to the earpiece or is there no problem with it getting loose and dropping down? Also with most headsets with wire boom mics, can the attachment point be tightened? Have had problems with this on other brand headset mics. Thanks Lawrence
A: This headset has a flex boom instead of a wire boom so that should not be an issue. The microphone arm is a flexible material but strong enough that it holds its' shape very well. After putting on the headset and positioning the microphone, you should not have any problems with it moving from that position.
