It fits nicely on the back of the yoke, but because my yoke is a little older, it doesn't clear it on the top. I have tried attaching in many different ways. Beware not all yokes are made the same. I have looked at extensions to get this to work but no such luck.

A: This doesn''t come packaged with the Claw but you can create that bundle yourself by getting the RAM Universal X-Grip II 7 inch Tablet Holder, the RAM Standard Double Socket and the either the Large, Medium, or Small Tough-Claw Mount.

Q: Can you send pix of this system mad on yoke. I fly Cessna. And cannot envision the fit. How long does it take to mount to the yoke? I rent acft to fly so need a versatile system. Also does your system mt on side shield of acft or front shield
A: As you can see in the picture, the RAM clamp will hook on to the yoke and the the RAM arm will allow the cradle to clear the yoke and hold the iPad (or other other devices) in place. This will allow you to have easy access to it without getting in your way. If you are looking to mount it to the shield you will want to purchase the RAM Glare Shield Mount instead.
