- Review: I bought these to block construction noise, but doesn't do the job. This morning I even tried ear plugs under the David Clarks and could still hear saws and hammering. I bought these because of the brand, they are definitely not what I used when I took flying lessons. I realize there are more expensive models available that could be, but I was still disappointed. I read the reviews about not being able to hear a lawn mower and I did not get that result with this pair.

It is comfortable and does a great job making mowers, blowers and trimmers actually enjoyable to work with. I bought 2 of them and can't believe how many years I've been putting up with all that noise without them.
