What the rudder SHOULD fee like!

  • By Jeffrey from Nixa MO USA on Tuesday, July 30, 2024
  • Pros: Built to last - Realistic - Valuable tool for learning and practice
  • Review: Finally a pedal that behaves like that of a small GA aircraft. Coordinated Turns, Slow Flight, Forward Slips and Taxiing all become executable functions. Without a doubt the best use of funds I’ve experienced in my Sim and Private Pilot career (since 2004)!
Great packaging - Easy and quick installation.
    Thorough engineering and exceptional build.

Best function and best comfort

  • By David from Cave Creek AZ USA on Saturday, January 20, 2024
  • Pros: Great build, comfortable, works out of the box with MSFS 2020
  • Review: I tried two other rudder pedals. They were plasticky and had the wrong angle for my feet. While the TPR rudder pedals are more expensive, in the end they function perfectly. Great comfort for steering and comfortable while braking. These pedals were built to last so bite the bullet and get the best to begin with rather than waste money on cheaper solutions and then be dissatisfied.

Glad I bought it

  • By A Customer from Plano TX USA on Monday, March 27, 2023
  • Pros: Quality build, sturdiness and smooth pedal action
  • Review: I was going to wait on the Honeycomb Charlie. However, the size was not what I liked and the Thrustmaster was my choice. It is very sturdy and love the build quality and smoothness of the pedals.

Easy install but with an un-known glitch.

  • By Lynn from Bellevue NE USA on Monday, March 20, 2023
  • Pros: Very robust hardware and easy to set-up, physically and mechanically
  • Review: I had all the mechanicals and the rudder the pedals quickly hooked up and running within the afternoon of the TPR unboxing. For some reason, calibration was a little challenging on IL2. And I still cannot explain why I have only the Left Brake (pedal) functioning. Love to find out why the right pedal is not communicating with the software. Either a SW glitch or a right pedal brake hardware issue (hopefully NOT!) Otherwise, easy-peasy.

I would buy this product again

  • By David from Wimberley TX USA on Wednesday, May 18, 2022
  • Pros: Solid, well worth the money.
  • Review: Great construction, good response, fine-tuning adjustments for personal preference, realistic action (no sliding action). I love the ability to rest my heels on the floor and control the rudder and steering with the balls of my feet.

I have had mine for a year NO PROBLEMS

  • By keith juliot from California on Wednesday, March 10, 2021
  • Pros: EXTREMELY well made and many ways too adjust
  • Review: I still own a set of CH pedals which STILL work for??? 15 years. It was time to upgrade and I found ONE in Europe. These pedals have SO MANY ways to adjust you can make them just perfect for small or large aircraft. If you take off the springs all together it is what helicopter pilots do. Some people complain of TOO MUCH WORK to adjust. Of course it takes some time MAYBE to get it the way you want. Magnetic pots, meaning they will last forever. SOLID metal construction and aluminum pedals. The ONLY thing I wish it had was brake pedal dampeners which I will probably make and install myself in time. They are quite heavy but most likely they will have to be restrained to the floor somehow. There are holes for screwing into the floor of a simulator or you could use velcro. I know there are pedals twice as expensive and I have the money too buy them but when I make another simulator I am going to use these again as in my opinion these are the BEST on the market. There is no detent in the center except the springs keep it centered. It makes it much more realistic. Much more but this is getting a bit long.
