Q: will the mount work with the aera 550
A: No, this is just for the aera 660. For the aera 500, 510, 550, and 560 you would want to get the Garmin Aera 5xx Aviation Mount with Power Cable and Audio Jack instead.

Q: Is there a stand that this cradle can be mounted to, so it can be screwed onto the top of the dash? My neighbor has this setup, and it has a stand that screws onto the back of the cradle, and there is a stand with three screws that mount it on to the top of the dash.
A: We do carry a yoke mount for this cradle.

A: No, it will not. For the aera 560 you would need the Garmin aera 560 Mount.
