Q: For the folding cart, where is the best place to secure the adjustable support strap anchors?
A: When using the Folding Cart’s elastic cords, the bag can be placed onto the tray and then the elastic cords can be pulled up and over the top and the two hooks can be attached either all the way down onto the base of the cart or onto the telescoping tubes. There is also a horizontal bar halfway down the telescoping tubes that offers a good attachment place. It’s entirely variable depending on which bag they have and the setup they are trying to attach.
