Have found a few mistakes where references to obstruction elevations were off by 1 foot which had you trying to find the obstruction that you were looking for on the sectional to match the possible answers. Also, a reference to one of the figures pertaining to the question was incorrect. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to find the Shoshone airport on the referenced Figure only to find it on the un-referenced Figure on the opposite page. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for these issues.

  • Review: I have been told that this book has all the questions that could be on the actual private pilot's test. I have been taking practice tests and have seen my score improve, much in part due to what has been reinforced in this publication. While it covers all of the critical areas with a brief explanation, it asks many questions referencing a figure/illustration that do not exist in this book. How can the reader refer to "figure 48" when it does not appear anywhere in the book?
    [Reply from MyPilotStore:  Figure 48 can be found in the top left side of page 36 of the Test Supplement book that was included at the back of the Test Prep book.]
