The product is itself, once you purchase the extra inserts, is actually pretty good. However, the product description and pictures all shows inserts to put your headset and some small items. The truth is that the bag does not come with any of this. It's an open, empty space. You have to pay an extra $40 bucks to get the insert to hold your headset.
I'd rather the seller increase the price and include the inserts, so I actually get what I'm paying for or update the product description because this was very frustrating.

Shoulder strap slings around my rollaboard handle, and bag stays in stable position while I pull the rollaboard.
I am very happy with this bag, both for capacity and looks.

Q: Does the ipad pocket accommodate the largest (12.9”) ipad?
A: After measuring the interior laptop pocket, we have determined that the 12.9" iPad is unlikely to fit without having to really force it through the zipped opening of the pocket. It will however have no problem fitting in the main compartment of the flight bag.
