Verified PurchaseQ: Icom A16 does not have a hole to connect this adapter to the battery. Am I wrong?
A: This must be connected to the BC-213 Desktop Charger to get power. It does not directly connect to the IC-A16 radio. The IC-A16 is placed in the BC-213 Desktop Charger and then either connected to a standard wall outlet or a cigarette lighter receptacle to charge.
Q: is there a cigarette lighter adapter for ICOM IC-A20?
A: The IC-A20 used the IC-CM1 cigarette lighter adapter but that adapter was discontinued more than 20 years ago.
Q: Is there a cigarette lighter adapter for the A23?
A: You can find it here: Cigarette Lighter Cable for Icom IC-A5 / A-23
Q: Will this fit the IC-A21?
A: This will not work on the IC-A21. The cigarette lighter cable for the IC-A21 was discontinued a few years ago by ICOM, however we do have a NI-MH battery for the IC-A21 available.
Q: Do you have a cigarette lighter cable suitable for the A24 or is the A22/A3 cable ok.
A: The 12 Volt Cigarette Lighter Adapter for the A24 can be found at the following address: https://www.mypilotstore.com/mypilotstore/sep/3378
