- Review: Being new to the mountains, there was a lot of info in this book that I had not considered, mostly related to engine management and aeronautical considerations, but a LOT of actual incidents described in detail. Definitely worth the money.

Overall pretty good book

- Cons: Not much detail on actual takeoff and landing operations or considering technology
- Review: Overall, this book reads well and it's got some good information especially on the areas of weather. For flying in the Colorado mountains it is a good resource.
