Works great!

  • By James KC-46A from Wichita, KS on Tuesday, April 16, 2019
  • Pros:
  • Review: I’m using this converter for a civil headset to use in a military application. After a month of use, it’s working great. No issues whatsoever. Allows me to utilize civil plugs in the cockpit and same headset with military low impedance plugs in the rest of aircraft.

It works

  • By Jeff from Rosharon, TX USA on Tuesday, June 15, 2010
  • Pros: Can use my headset, transmits clear
  • Review: It works but everytime I push the PPT button all I hear is static, although the transmition seems to be clear. It just takes some getting used to. Batt life isn't very long so I have tons of batts in the cockpit. (Review based on performance with a Lightspeed Zulu flying in an old military Twin Otter). I would buy it again.

Q: Will this convert a H10-60 to government trs style (C-130)

A: Yes, this should work fine to convert a civilian headset to be used in the C-130.  There are certain C-130J models that may not be compatible but that is rare. If you encounter problems you can certainly return it within 30 days for a refund.
