The same as the very popular David Clark H10-13.4 headset, but this one includes smaller headband hardware to provide a better fit for children or even adults with smaller heads. As a child gets older, this can easily be converted to an adult size to provide years of use.

Q: Hello, Is this reference enough to transform it to an adult headset? 40139G-03 Thank you. Arnaud.
A: You would just need to replace the headpad and the ear seals to do the conversion, both of which are very easy to do.
Q: Would this fit a petite 18 year old teenage girl with a considerably small head?
A: Yes, this should work very well for her based on that description. We actually have many petite adults that use this headset on a regular basis.
Q: What David Clark parts would be needed to convert an existing adult headset into a youth headset?
A: You would just need to replace the headpad and the ear seals to do the conversion, both of which are very easy to do.
Q: Does this headset come with a carrying case or should I buy one?
A: This does not include a carrying case. It's a good idea to have one unless you will be keeping it in a flight bag with a dedicated headset compartment. You can find our headset bags here.
Q: How small of a head will these fit. I have a 4 mo old and need to know when I can get him a headset to start flying again. Thanks.
A: These are not intended for use with infants. I would say the minimum age is probably 3-4 years old. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with any ear protection system for infants.
Q: how easy is to make the youth headset in to a normal size headset. thanks Allan
