A: Sorry, the microphone is not reversible on this headset.

Q: Will this plug fit in a B737 NG?
A: This one is only for Airbus that are equipped with a 5-pin XLR jack. For the Boeing 737NG it will have the standard dual jacks so you would want to get the Faro Air Lightweight In-Ear Pilot Headset - Fixed Wing instead.
