Q: If I plug this in and hook it up to my phone, can i talk on a call though the mic on my headset?
A: NOTE FOR CELL PHONE USE: Streaming Bluetooth cellular calls require you to use the microphone on the streamer device (your aviation headset microphone will not transmit during a call)
Q: Will this device work with the Sporty's SP -400 handheld and either David Clark or Light Speed Blue tooth capable headset? If not what adapter do you sell that fits the ear connection on the Sporty's SP-400 handheld?
A: We dont have any information on the Sporty''s SP -400. However, this adapter just plugs into the AUX port on your headset or control box. Once you have paired it with your phone, you can stream music to this device and it will then play it in the headset.
Q: How long will the battery last on a single charge for this device?
A: Charge time: 1.5 hours Play time: Up to 8 hours
Q: Can the device start by itself or does it need power through a micro-usb port? From the description it seemed that the device has it's own battery and can start and pair on it's own. Please help clarify.
A: You will need to power up the device and then connect to it via your mobile device.
Q: Can I plug this into an airline audio jack and receive the airlines sounds into my wireless buds?
A: Sure! That would work fine assuming the airline has the 3.5mm jack.
Q: Can this be used to pipe music in to the "music jack" on my intercom system?
A: Anywhere that you have a standard 3.5mm AUX jack that is used for music, you can use this device to eliminate the cords that you would have normally used. So, if your intercom has a 3.5mm AUX that you can plug a music device into, then you will be able to use this instead.
Q: what adapter do I need for the Bose X?
A: Sorry, the Bose X does not have an AUX in jack so there is no way to connect it to a smartphone/tablet.
