I like the independent volume control for each ear..The ear cushions do not interfere with my sunglasses, yet are still snug to cancel out the outside noise. The head set is light weight.And you cant beat the 5 year warranty and the headset came with the rechargeable batterys..Good investment for any pilot. Telex sounds more quiet in the passive mode, along with the ANR turned on. I love how they come with rechargable energizer batteries and a car charger, along with European outlet adapters in case I travel. The head set feels more solid than the Lightspeeds AND they are made in the USA. If I had the money, however, I would definitley go with the Lightspeed ZULU's. Those are amazing....
