  • Pros:
  • Review: Works exactly as described. I simply cut the O2 tube near the my waste so I could put the tube in the line. I had to heat the tube a little with a lighter to strech the tubing onto the flowmeter to get a good tight fit. It works great.

  • Review: It was what I expected though I would have hoped to find the oxygen sealing at both sides of the flowmeter.

Directions would be nice.

  • Review: It would be nice if there were some guidelines as to what flow you should be getting.  Depending on altitude, conditions, day or night.

Works

  • By JOHN from Sacramento CA USA on Tuesday, October 20, 2015
  • Pros: easy to use
  • Review: Works as advertised. Can't verify accuracy of flow rates but gives the user a number to shoot for. Seems to be accurate enough to keep a pilot oxygenated in high teen altitudes. Only one I found on the market that can be used in multiple set ups - just plugs into end of hose.

Q: I just purchased your RK-PB1 Retro Fit Kit for a 2004 C-T182. Which end of the flow meter plugs into the hose affixed to the cannula -- the end labeled "outlet" or the end labeled "inlet". "Inlet" seems right to me based on the configuration of the O2 system (quick connect valve is attached overhead), but I wanted to check.

A: The "outlet" plugs into the cannula hose and the hose from the regulator/tank plugs into the "inlet".
