This review will cover Cessna 172 and Pipers 140 and 151

  • By Ross from Spring TX USA on Monday, February 03, 2025
  • Pros: overall good stugg
  • Review: Good checklists, and a fountain of other information. Suggestions for improvement:
    1. Include briefings for FAA recommended times e.g. Before Takeoff, for other crewmember and for passengers.
    2. Page turning could be made easier by cutting corners of pages progressively within a section

Excellent Cockpit Companion

  • By Ross from Spring TX USA on Saturday, February 01, 2025
  • Pros: Good information. Access to individual pages could be made easier.
  • Review: Good supplemental information. Suggestion: include briefings for passengers and crew where appropriate. Examples in FAA handbook.
Also, break out items from runup check that could be done during taxi such as compass, turn coordinator and heading indicator showing turn, attitude indicator remaining level.
Within each section, make indented corner cuts to facilitate flipping pages.
