I bought these to replace the original ear seals I had been using for 500 hours. I put the new seals on and they were great for about 25 hours until the seam for the plastic that covers the foam separated almost entirely, rendering them useless.

- Review: There not much to say. After few years of intense usage, "consumed" cushions should be replaced. New ones fits the headset but it's not the same. First of all these are produced of worse materials (my opinion). These are also tougher and less confortable than originals. Headset's clamping force is much more sensible now. If you have your original cushions used and/or destroyed, you really do not have much choise, but mount these on. If not - stay with your originals.

Q: I can not find if the Straus 30 and 30xt are different headsets. I need replacement cushions for the 30xt and are not sure if they will fit
A: Telex does not specifically show these as compatible with the 30XT, however the Telex Gel Ear Cushions show that they are compatible with both the Stratus 30XT and the 30 so these should be the same and also work with both headsets.

Q: Can I use the Foam-filled Ear Cushions Catalog no. 800456021 on my Stratus 30 Headset or do you have another alternative to the Thin Foam Ear Cushions (Catalog no. 800456008)? I've had some bad experience with the 800456008's not lasting.
A: Unfortunately, the Telex Thick Foam Ear Cushions (800456021) will not work on the Stratus 30 Headset. The only option available for the Status 30 would be these 800456008.
