• Review: I ordered the mouse pad with an excerpt of the Austin sectional. I received one with an excerpt from the San Antonio sectional. All the paperwork showed Austin, including a post it note that had a hand written ""Austin" on the clearly San Antonio graphics. I called and the operator apologized for the error, and explained she would send the correct pad with a postage paid envelope in which to return the wrong pad.
  Service was quick and the operator knowledgeable and courteous. She raised my rating from a 2 to a 4. Service was actually 5 except for delivering the wrong item.

Wasn't Accurate but Cool Concept

  I was really excited for this product but unfortunately it is not described accurately. I ordered the Denver one, and like the other review, it didn't include any part of Denver's city limits or any Denver airport. I let customer support know about this issue and they said that they choose an area that is "most aesthetically pleasing on the Denver Sectional chart" despite advertising a different city entirely. Unfortunately, this area was 200 miles south of where they claim (Colorado springs / pueblo). I give it a 2 star because I liked the idea but the execution is god awful and I certainly wouldn't have bought it had I known. There need to be full pictures of all the locations and geographically accurate descriptions.
