Gifts, Not for Use by Me

  • By A Customer from Jackson TN USA on Wednesday, November 07, 2012
  • Pros:
  • Review: The atlases were gifts to pilot friends. They think highly of them. My evaluation on "Your Rating" is based on feedback from them. I know nothing about flying except as a passenger who loves being airborne.

Highly Recommended

  • By Nikhil from India on Tuesday, October 09, 2012
  • Pros: Comprehensive atlas, with restricted areas all depicted
  • Review: Superimposes waypoints on Atlas, shows danger/prohibited/restricted areas, with reference to political maps, quite handy in knowing what exactly you are flying over. Perfect for GA Pilots in this part of the world.

Awesome Atlas for FSX Flight Plans

  • By Rick from Winfield KS USA on Wednesday, March 14, 2012
  • Pros: Excellent Guide for Flight Simulator use
  • Review: Even though this atlas would be out of date for modern real world flight planning, it is just the ticket for planning simulator flights in Microsofts Flight Simulator X. If you have the USA version, then you are in for even more of a treat. It is a great atlas to have just for all of the valuable information it contains related to flying in general. It is a great way to find airports codes for direct to GPS flights and also to plan Vor flights as well.

Great product

  • Pros: I can see the area I need to see without having four feet of paper spread out.
  • Review: The book has been great for me. I fly around Europe, Middle East and Asia and this helps shrink the large Jepp charts and gives me a good overview of where I am flying.
