Best Joystick on the market for the price

  • By CHECK_UR_6 from Akron CO USA on Wednesday, October 14, 2020
  • Pros: Easy to program, smooth feel from stick
  • Cons: Its plastic.....if you play a combat flight sim don't yank the stick or you'll eventually need another.
  • Review: I am on my 4th or 5th (see notes). This is a great stick for combat simulators, not any unused buttons if you fly WWII simulators as not as many weapons to fire or ordinance to drop. Really wish MS would release a new Thrustmaster Force-feedback stick; Best stick-EVER.
That being said HOTAS X is currently the way to go. See you in the skies.

  • Pros: the price and it is a versitile HOTAS
  • Cons: based on what you pay for it i cant really name a con.
  • Review: for the low price, you wont find a better HOTAS. i squeezed 2 years out of my first one.

they make better quality ones but no where for this price. if you are on a budget, you are looking at what you want.

best option on a budget

  • By A Customer from San Diego CA USA on Monday, March 27, 2023
  • Pros: relatively compact (when throttle and stick are connected) and no need for rudder pedals
  • Cons: could use better grip pads or 'feet' to keep it from sliding slightly during use
  • Review: the T-Flight HOTAS is a good fit for most flight simulators. They tend to be durable, affordable, and comfortable for most simmers. Being a 'twisty stick' means you don't need to use rudder pedals if for whatever reason you don't want to.
I've had good luck with this product and will most likely continue using the brand.

  • Review: Throttle seems uneven and jerky. I'm getting limited views of the airplane inside the cockpit. The outside views are also limited. Maybe I'm not assigning the buttons correctly (New system build components, whatever was recommended middle of the line price for MS Flight Simulator 2020 around August 2020).
