Q: does this fit the requirements for flights over 15,000'??
A: No, it does not. FAR Part 91.211 says that the flight crew must use supplemental oxygen for any portion of the flight that exceeds 30 minutes at altitudes about 12,500'' and that the crew must use supplemental oxygen for the entire duration at altitudes above 14,000''. To meet those requirements you would need a system such as the Aerox Portable Aviation Oxygen System.
