Bag thicker than advertised

- Review: The bag is listed as 18 x 14 x 9, excluding the wheels and handles. Including the wheels and handles, It comes to around 20 inches in height, which is just fine for international use. However, due to the expandable zippered section and front pockets, the bag's thickness is closer to 10 inches. It takes considerable squeezing to get the thickness close to 9 inches, so may be a problem on stricter international carriers.

- Review: I'm 5'11", handle fully fully extended isn't quite high enough. The more heavy duty/longer handle from the Horizontal overnighter that's 1-1.5"'s taller would work better.

- Cons: Cons: heavy and shipping is expensive. If you return/exchange a bag, shipping is VERY expensive.
- Review: Great looking bag--lots of compartments and flexibility. Nimble and smooth. I really liked the lower height, although the bag is thicker/deeper than expected and a bit on the heavy side. Small issues compared to the bag in general.
