- Review: The luggage tag on the website is depicted as bright red with “CREW” in black letters. The actual color is more of a deep red, burgundy color. The word “CREW” does not stand out prominently, instead it blends into the background color. I purchased it because I wanted it to be bright and prevent a passenger from inadvertently taking my bag. Otherwise the tag is very flexible and doesn’t seem to crack or peel like some other hard plastic or laminated luggage tags. Thinking I got a bad color batch, I called Customer Service. The gentleman was pleasant to speak to and agreed that the color was indeed burgundy on the item. Sadly, I am returning them.
