Q: I have an IC-A6 that won't transmit. I lost the wall charger and have not charged it in a while, but when I turn it on, it beeps loudly and comes on and receives. The battery sign when I try to transmit shows about 1/4. Is it just too weak to transmit while everything else seems to be working fine. Can I buy just a wall charger?
