Q: How do I remove the face of the clock to change the battery? Does it screw off? Does it pop off? If so, How do I do so without damaging it?
A: The face pops off then there will be a flat silver metal piece that needs to be pryed from the body. I was able to get this off with just my hands, but you may need a small screwdriver to help. This clock runs on battery type SR626SW or equivalent. It is recommended to have a local jeweler/watchmaker replace the battery when needed.

Q: Can I purchase a battery from you for the Brushed Chrome Airplane that I purchased as a gift for someone, or can you please tell me the size I would need. I was in their office for the first time this week and noticed that the clock was stopped. I'd like to change it without their knowledge as a surprise. Loved giving this as a gift!
A: This clock takes battery type SR626SW or equivalent. We don't stock this battery, however you should be able to find it locally at some place like Radio Shack. I also found one for you on Amazon for $2.25 and free shipping!
