Q: Are these seals adhesive backed or standard friction fit around the ear cup lip?
A: It would be "standard friction fit" - To install, hook the integrated lip over the top of the ear cup. Gradually work your way around the rim, gently stretching and snapping the material into the channel for a secure, flush fit.
