A: Per the manufacturer, "there is no weight capacity, regardless if the pax is 170lbs or 250lbs the vest will be the same."

Q: this vest is folded small for back of seat storage and not the type that is worn while in flight?
A: Yes, this is folded for use in an emergency. It is not intended to be worn during flight.
