When it arrived it didn't have any instructions, which was a bit unsettling, but when I called the company they directed me to their website where there was actually an instructional video. The watch is beautiful and perfect for everyday, for flying, whatever. It's nice to be able to set it to regular and Zulu time, plus another time zone in which my daughter lives. This watch is a beauty and a winner!

Q: My Abingdon Elise watch is 14 years old. I need to replace the battery. What size/type battery do I need and how do I open the back?
A: Abingdon offers free battery changes if you wish to send it in, They do FREE battery changes and cleanings for every watch that is sent in to their facility. However, you can take your watch in to a local repair shop if its more convenient for you. Bands and battery changes do not void your warranty. If you need to take your watch somewhere local, we recommend taking your watch to a watch repair store - NOT a jewelry store. If you want to send it to Abingdon, just give them a call at 702-530-9438.
