I recommend this product.

  • By A Customer from Stafford VA USA on Tuesday, August 24, 2010
  • Pros: Volume setting in each ear cup. Soft, effective pads.
  • Cons: None.
  • Review: The David Clark head set met all my expectations. The capability to set volume in each ear cup is especially helpful (older pilot). Sound attenuation is excellent. The price is reasonable. Quality is good. I also bought the carrying case; good idea. Protects the head set and your investment.

  • Pros: Decent price for a quality headset
  • Cons: No cons, but wear wire rim sunglasses to minimize pressure from the ear cups
  • Review: Great headset right out of the box. Volume controls work great, headset is very comfortable, boom mike very adjustable.

Love it!

  • By Donovan from Colorado, USA on Thursday, October 1, 2009
  • Pros: Durability, Dependability, Quality, Value, Customer Service
  • Cons: Adaptable jack (Nice feature but jack itself is a bit long)
  • Review: I bought a H10-60H back when I went through my flight training 5 years ago. I still fly with that same headset today, and it works the same as it did on day one! All equipment is still all original as well, ear seals, head pad, mic, etc. I fly frequently and when I do I'm in the cockpit for long hours. I have tried many of the competetion over the years, including the fancy, high priced models such as Bose and the Zulu's. I will keep my DC's thank you. The ONE thing about the H10-60H specifically I would improve on would be the adaptable jack plug. It extends down from the headset a bit and when wearing a jacket(winter or life) it tends to snag as you scan for traffic. Overall BEST Durability I have seen, BEST value I have seen. This headset is not a replacement, it is an addition for my company that operates exclusively DC's.

Great once it worked

  • By Nash from Chandler AZ USA on Saturday, December 1, 2007
  • Pros: good warranty
  • Cons: didnt work straight out of box
  • Review: This is my first headset and im sure others have had better luck than me but the mic didnt work the very first time it was used. i had to send the headset directly back to DC and it was fixed free of charge of course. Works nicely and sounds great once i got it back. still unhappy i had to send it back right a way and makes me question their quality control.
