Great Watch

  • Review: I looked everywhere for a women's E6B watch, this was the only one I could find, and it is great. While the face is a little larger than the typical women's watch, it doesn't look like it's too big when wearing it. It has come in handy for calculations, mainly on the ground, as it is difficult to manipulate and read in flight. I really like the classic, no-nonsense look of it - not too flashy. A very practical tool in a nice package.

  • Review: I ordered this for my girlfriend as a early christmas gift. She is not a pilot, although she has 20 hours in a helicopter. She is a flight attendant for a private jet company, and wanted something elegant yet aviation themed. She is very pleased with the style of this watch and wears it on every tour of duty.

  • Review: I absolutely love it! This was a gift from my parents and I wear it all the time. It makes a good statement for female pilots or student pilots. I read some reviews about how the face does not glow strong enough in the night I did not have that problem. I'll probably won't be wearing any other watch now. I've been beyond pleased with this product.

Women's Aviator, OK Value

  • Pros: Great appearance, easy to set, good size and weight
  • Cons: E6B bezel gearing has too much lash/wiggle. Glow material is very cheap and will not sustain for long night flights without flashlight recharge
  • Review: This is a good looking watch, and definitely needed as us women pilots are a growing number! It isn't near the quality of decent men's aviator watches, but for now I am happy with it. When I move into professional piloting I'll definitely want something higher quality.

Good product, just a little too large

  • Review: This is a functional and comfortable watch, and I love its substantial feel. It actually looks elegant, despite being utilitarian. And, of course, the second time zone and E6B functionality are very helpful. Unfortunately, since I have very small wrists, the watch is just a little too large to fit properly; the dial completely covers my wrist (actually extending slightly beyond), and I had to add another hole to the band. Still, I wear it almost daily and would happily recommend it to others. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could (just half a star off for my personal size issue).

  • Review: I received this watch for my 35-year work anniversary. It was packaged nicely, and it is a super nice timepiece, BUT...there was not an instruction booklet included in the package. I am not a dummy by any means, but I need a little help to utilize all the functions. This is disappointing. SOMETHING should be included with the watch to get you started.

  • Review: This is a beautiful watch. It is large, yet feminine. The calculator is difficult to read without my reading glasses, but that is really not a surprise at 50. My complaint is that the hands and numbers are not luminescent as promised. That was a big part of my decision to purchase. I set it under lights, kept it out in the sunlight, but it is black as night in the dark. I contacted the company and have sent it out to repair, so if it comes back glowing, I would give it almost a 5. The reason I'd keep it from 5 is that it is an expensive watch that should work from the start, but now I've had to spend an additional $20 for return shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation. The company should have covered that.
