- Review: This is the only resource I found to help prepare for the CFI-G checkride so I bought it and used it. Can't really say if it helped or not but it gave me something to review and study, which at minimum, helped me feel better prepared going into the checkride, which although uses PTS as check list, can vary a lot in "topic depth" depending on the DPE.
