  • Pros: Great for plotting while you are on the ground.
  • Cons: To large for enroute plotting if you are flying the airplane.
  • Review: I like having the North, South, East and West direction marked on the plotter. I would have given this plotter a 5, but I also purchase the Superplotter at the same time and found it a better plotter for in the air plotting, especial during my practical test.

Not that durable

  • Review: It is a decent plotter, with many different scales. However, as other reviewer has mentioned, mine has been slightly warped since the beginning. Also, it cracked along one of the thickest parts while in the flight bag - go figure. It is also pretty long. It will not fit smaller flight backs, specifically the IFR leather flight bag from Sproty's. Not a con, but just an FYI. I am ordering a smaller version so I can throw it in my bag.

Too much white

  • Review: It works but the white bands obscure data on the chart. I prefer a clear plotter so that I can see everything on the chart.
