Not Just for Pilots!

- Review: I carry my ASA Flight Briefcase every day, and I've never even had a flying lesson! I call it my "man-purse". It is manly enough that I can get away with that with my coworkers and buddies. It holds my work files, reading material, bank bag, security badges, pens/pencils, iPod, phone, and keys. If I could just get it to hold my coffee, I could carry everything I need in one hand!

This is an outstanding briefcase it is able to carry all my flight maps and flight computers etc. The down side is there is no padded section for my Ipad which is the new flight map. It can actually do flight following with the GPS system.
Anyway, the bag for its size and price just simply cannot be beat. I have never had any of the d-rings break nor have I had a failure or anykind. I have never had any problem with any component of the bag other than accidently slicing it with a razor knife, I am very happy with the bag.
If there was anything I could change, I would have a padded section for laptops, or my Ipad or any eletronics to store safely. I own two of these flight bags, but purchased a third as a gift for another fellow pilot. I should also say that I am a RC helicopter pilot, and I can fit spare batteries, rotor blades, as well as extra parts. Love the bag for the price, it is made of quality parts, and is very durable

- Review: I bought this for my dad for fathers day and when I received it, both he an I loved it. My dad was worried about the strap and sure enough it broke as soon as he put his books in it. Note, the books were not heavy at all. So I would not recommend this product unless the strap is securely connected to the bag. One good thing is at least it is also a briefcase so now he just carries it around at way.
