- Review: Something as simple as a replacement handle had me almost to the point of binning my TP suitcase and buying something else. TP customer service is clueless. Unless the product is practically new, nobody there remotely understood that the pictures I sent should be adequate to find the part, or look it up. Contrary to what I was told when I bought this, that parts would always be available, TP isn't interested in supporting their legacy products. Thankfully I found this site, not only did you have the part, it was very reasonably priced too.
