- Review: I found your site quite by accident after a completely frustrating experience with the manufacturer. Nobody at TravelPro could help me with replacement parts that you had for a crazy reasonable price. When I bought this suitcase years ago the store told me I'd be able to get parts forever. Unfortunately nobody at TP seemed to understand how to help me without wasting weeks on their website, sending photos and dealing with staff marginally able to read email.

- Review: It took me many weeks to receive the new wheels and unfortunately they were not exactly the same as the original. , I purchased the luggage however, many years ago. The good news is my husband was able to remove the casing and the wheels fit perfectly. I'm very happy to have my suitcase back in good order. After almost 20 years it's as good as new!
