Unlike cheaper headsets, this one has never left me with a headache or an earache; the gel pads on the headband and speaker cups are very comfortable, and I hardly ever have comfort issues with this set. My ears are a little large, but my comfort isn't affected. Overall, this is a very good set if you're just learning how to fly, and I recommend it for flights less than 3 hours long (as I have not used it longer than that yet).
