- Review: It is difficult for me to fully evaluate this product as I first bought this battery as a replacement about a year and a half ago. It took a charge well and would stay charged for a relatively long period of time. However, I inadvertently left it in my car during an extreme hot spell and fried the unit - transceiver is okay but service life of battery was vastly degraded - this was my fault. Verdict - battery is good - I was negligent. I can't report what total service life of battery might potentially be.
