This makes for a bit longer read compared to some other IFR training books. I'm using these books as a supplement to my instructors suggested readings rather then the primary reading but these books may become handy if I choose to pursue a commercial rating. IFR training materials can be acquired much more economically if an instructor lays out a well planned training program using FAA weather curriculum guides, IFR training guides, and study guides that may be purchased as separate books for nearly a quarter of the price of this kit. Also, the kit did NOT include a view limiting device as advertised when I purchased these books.
