- Review: I began having difficulty with hearing in both ear pieces with my A20, contacted Bose and they suggested that I buy a replacement kit. I installed the kit--new muff for the mic, a new pad and a new cable. It worked perfectly and cured the problem.

- Review: I use my headset almost everyday and i have it since more than 2 years.Now my headset looks brand new (even if i take good care of it) I definitely recommend to change the cushions when they look flat and some tears appears. My ears are sealed again thanks to the new cushions.

- Cons: A bit too pricey, but of these parts last another 5 years, maybe I am complaining too much
- Review: This is a replacement kit for parts that might have been worn out by constant use. Parts that do not affect the internal workings of the headset. It took almost 5 years for my headset to need new ear muffs, the rest of the headset looked and worked like new. So, I shed the money for the rejuvenation kit. replacing the parts is easy, and once done it gives you the feeling of having a brand new piece of equipment... :)
