Not the best experience

Initially, the headset seemed to be well built. I really liked the ANC and the sound quality. However, after using the headset just around 10 times, the ANC stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue, and sent the headset for inspection. Some internal parts were fried, but the manufacturer repaired the headset free of charge. The whole repair process took almost 2 months.
When buying a brand new expensive headset you would expect to have it ready when needed, but now I have had to borrow my friend's headset for quite some time. Obviously, even the best products may fail sometimes, but this experience lowered my expectations towards David Clark products. - Was this review helpful to you?
