The primary purpose of Private Pilot and Recreational Pilot FAA
Written Exam is to provide you with the easiest, fastest, and
least expensive means of passing the FAA Private Pilot - Airplane knowledge
test, which is the knowledge (written) test required before you can obtain your
private pilot certificate.
Additionally, this book can be used in preparation for the
following FAA knowledge tests:
- Recreational Pilot - Airplane (RPA), which is required if you are working
toward a recreational pilot (airplane) certificate.
- Private Pilot - Airplane Transport (PAT), which is required if you
currently hold a recreational pilot certificate and are working to obtain a
private pilot (airplane) certificate.

A:
Yes, these are the exact same questions and answers that you will find at the FAA testing center when taking the actual exam. It includes the entire FAA question bank for the private pilot fixed wing exam (950+ questions).

I used to have a FAA Private Pilot Practice Exam Book, 999 questions of previous test questions and I used this material to prep for the FAA Exam, I did well. This has the entire FAA question bank of approximately 1000 questions. They are broken out into the same knowledge areas that you will find on the actual FAA exam.
